# Your Journey

> A timeline of the moments you have earned in DueZen, with a one-time backfill for existing accounts.

Your Journey is a timeline of everything you have accomplished in the app, organized by month with the newest first. It is not an achievement grid — there are no locked badges, no "X of Y" counters, and no progress bars for things you have not done.

## What it shows

Every celebration the app fires also lands here as a permanent entry with its date, quote, and context: streaks, goals reached, first bill, first deposit, trials saved, flux caught, all bills paid, budget kept, onboarding complete.

* The hero shows days with DueZen, goals reached, current streak, and lifetime saved
* Each entry has an icon, short date, title, and the quote that played when it fired
* Unearned milestones are not listed

## Open it

Navigate to **Settings → Your Journey**.

The first time you open it on an existing account, DueZen runs a one-time **backfill** — scanning your reminders' payment history and your savings goals' deposit history to reconstruct past entries. A long-time user sees a populated timeline on day one rather than an empty page.

* The backfill is idempotent and runs exactly once
* Fresh accounts see an empty state instead

## Passive moments

Not every entry triggers a modal. Some are logged silently and simply appear in the timeline:

* **First on-time payment** — marking a bill paid on or before its due date
* **Back on track** — paying an overdue bill
* **Savings totals crossed** — cumulative \$100, \$500, \$1k, \$5k, \$10k
* **Anniversaries** — 30 days, 100 days, 1 year, 2 years with DueZen

## The "When you're ready" card

A single optional card at the bottom of the Journey appears only when you are genuinely close to a next milestone: within 2 months of a streak tier, 20% of a goal, \$100 of a savings threshold, or 5 days of an anniversary. If nothing is close, the card does not appear.

<Tip>
  The Journey is built for looking back, not for completion. Open it to remember what you have done rather than to chase what is left.
