# Payment history and reports

> Filter and sort the History tab, jump straight to a month, and replay last month's Monthly Reflection.

The History tab holds every payment you have recorded, grouped by month with the newest first.

## Filters

A sliding status pill narrows the list: **All**, **Upcoming**, **Overdue**, **Paid**. If you have saved any cards, a **Card** filter chip narrows to a single card, with an **Untagged** option for anything you have not tagged.

* Search by name, category, or amount using the floating search bar
* Tap any entry to open the original bill's detail screen
* Enable the **Archived** filter to see archived items

## Sorting and jumping to a month

Tap the **Sort** chip above the list to open a popover with five orderings:

* Due date
* Amount: high
* Amount: low
* Name (A–Z)
* Recently paid

Every month has its own header. Tap a header — or a bar in the spend strip at the top of the screen — to open a jump-to-month sheet and land there instantly instead of scrolling.

<Note>
  History loads two months at a time. Tap **Load 2 more months** to reach older records.
</Note>

## Mark several payments at once

Tap **Select**, then tap rows to build a selection and mark them paid together. This mirrors the long-press multi-select in the bill list — see [Swipe gestures](/core/swipe-gestures).

## Monthly Reflection

A **Monthly Reflection** card sits near the top of History once it unlocks, a few days into the month. Tap it to replay last month's recap: payment rate, top categories, and the overall shape of your spending. Any reflection can be shared as an image from inside it.

<Tip>
  The spend strip at the top of History is a quick read on trend. A run of months where each bar is lower than the last is the clearest evidence of a habit changing.
</Tip>

## Export

Everything in History can be exported as a CSV from **Settings → Export Data**. See [Export and archiving](/advanced/export-and-archiving).
