The trial tracker exists for one problem: a free trial converting to a paid subscription you did not decide to keep.

Track trial start and billing dates

When adding a subscription that begins with a free trial, toggle Free Trial Tracker on the add or edit screen. Enter two dates: DueZen calculates the days remaining and shows a countdown on the bill’s card in the active list. The trial card in the dashboard status section summarizes every active trial in one place.

Escalating reminders

Three reminders fire before the trial converts, each more urgent than the last. Each notification links directly to the trial’s detail screen. Turn escalating reminders on or off globally in Settings → Push Notifications → Escalating Trial Reminders, or per bill from the detail screen if you already know you are keeping the service.

Keep or cancel

Opening a bill with an active trial shows a Keep or Cancel section with a short reflection prompt, such as “Has this added real value to your day?”

Keep

The item converts to regular recurring status once the trial ends.

Cancel

The item is archived and the trial end date is noted.
Either action is recorded in your history.
Cancelling a free trial while the billing date is still in the future triggers a money-saved moment — a green chip showing the amount you avoided. See Celebrations and rewards.
DueZen cannot cancel a subscription for you. It tracks the date and reminds you; cancelling still happens with the provider directly.
