Adding an item takes a few seconds. Name it, set the amount and due date, choose how often it repeats.

How smart auto-fill works

When you start typing a name like Netflix, Spotify, or Amazon Prime, DueZen recognizes the service and pre-fills the category, icon, and recurrence. It matches on partial input, so typing net surfaces Netflix as a suggestion. Auto-fill covers hundreds of subscriptions, utilities, and financial services. The more specific the name, the better the match — and you can override any pre-filled value.
  • Type a name and the icon and category appear automatically
  • Tap any pre-filled field to replace it with your own value
  • Unrecognized names fall back to a generic bill icon
  • Your custom entries are remembered for future suggestions

Set the amount, due date, and category

1

Enter the amount

Use the full payment amount for each cycle, not a partial or estimated figure.
2

Pick the due date

Tap the date picker and choose the exact upcoming due date. For recurring items this date anchors every future due date.
3

Choose a category

Pick from built-ins like Housing, Utilities, or Streaming, or create a custom category with its own color. Categories drive the breakdown in Fund Flow.
4

Add notes (optional)

Reference numbers, account details, and vendor contact info all live in the notes field.
Start with your biggest bills. Once rent, utilities, and credit cards are in, the smaller subscriptions fall into place around them.

Recurrence and end dates

Choose how often the payment repeats. Six intervals are available, from weekly to yearly. For commitments with a known end — a 12-month gym contract, a limited-term loan — turn on the End date toggle below the recurrence picker. The date you set is the last expected payment, and the item archives itself the day after. Leave the toggle off for anything open-ended. The item rolls forward every cycle until you archive or delete it.
Archived items are not deleted. Their payment history stays in your records, and you can restore them at any time. See Export and archiving.
